General classification of multiple individuals
with an Excel file of populations (.xlsx format)

This is a general classifier in the sense that each marker can have more than four alleles. For each marker genotype,

• alleles must be separated with a slash (/),
• they cannot contain commas,
• they can be provided either in explicit form (ATT/GTT) or coded (allele1/allele5),
• and an uncalled allele is represented by an N, as usual.

You can download a valid example file if necessary to clarify ideas.
